  • Patience
  • Creative Eye
  • Open to critiques from valid sources
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Works well on a team.

10. What is the best type of client/boss/director?

The boss who has done your job before and understands what goes into it.

11. What advice do you have for those who want to become a lighting designer or a lighting technician?

Continue to read books on lighting and attend training/webinars. Be a life long student of your craft.
