A month ago, I jumped on a plane to Australia with my two children in the midst of the Coronavirus panic in Hong Kong thinking this would be a little blip, a small hiatus in our expat life. I fully expected it to interfere with my freelance work. All my March and April planned projects were in China and clearly fighting a virus takes priority over entertainment gigs.
