I am so thrilled to introduce you to my friend Tara Lee, an incredible ballet dancer as well as the co-founder, producer and choreographer of Terminus Modern Ballet Theatre in Atlanta. Tara and I have collaborated on several shows for Terminus, and I’m always struck by her extreme dedication to craft, the artistry, but above all the deeper message and heart she’s aiming to bring forth in each production.
We have a complicated relationship with fat in our diets. Fat has been both vilified and glorified in our society throughout the years. It seems that one day fat is good, then it’s bad – now it’s good again! So what is the truth about fat? It can be really confusing to determine which advice to follow about fat, but I am here to tell you that fat is absolutely essential in our diet.
Rebekah Foster has been in the entertainment business for over 35 years. While she studied sports medicine at university, her passion for music – specifically audio engineering – and the arts proved to be the stronger force. Rebekah was willing to work anywhere so she could gain experience and find a firm foot hold in the industry.
