Rebecca Pate is an arts administrator and advocate living in the Mid-West. She holds a BFA in Technical Theatre from the University of Central Missouri and an MA in Theatre Studies from the University of Central Florida. She currently works as the Arts and Humanities Director/Artistic Director of a community theatre housed inside of a non-arts non-profit. She is passionate about youth theatre programming and leading creative teams to success.
