The fall is a good time to think about upgrading your strategic plan – but here’s a few things you should do before you start planning.

This includes a real and honest look at the current state of your organization, some ideas of where you want to be in the long term, and some feedback from your stakeholders – especially some of those folks who may not think your organization is doing such a great job!
